All the employees are nice, but don’t want to work. Don’t bother calling the center, I was sitting in the lobby over an hour and a half, the center is empty, and the phone was never answered. They even forgot I was there. Employees to busy gossiping and talking and talking.

I really don’t appreciate how I was in there over an hour reading all the rules and regulations that has not one mention of a weight limit, just to be told I am over it. My weight is on my ID, and they can see me…. it is disrespectful and rude. I was not turned away in a private manner either. Just humiliated for no reason. And FYI. just because someone is overweight do not mean they are unhealthy.

Called 4 separate times on wednesday no one answered the phone. Tried finding out information on becoming a returning donor for a year. So I scheduled online for a certain time I walked in, there was a hispanic girl with glasses standing at reception doing hooplah as if she just wasn’t aware of anything. She called one of the higher ups when I mentioned about me not coming in a year. Some big lightskinned lady with glasses came out told me there system changed and that my appointment I scheduled wasn’t showing even though I scheduled it. She then cane up with another excuse saying her docs already had did enough physicals and she would have to place me in new system all over again as if she was busy when no one else was in there (it was 3:50 they close at 6) so I found that very lazy on her part. She tried to schedule me another day but I refused. I wasted 40 miles for an uncooperative business. I think the supervisor should be checked by the owners. Just go to adma they pay more and they will invest in your time.

Horrible customer service, corporate definitely needs to do a sweep very unprofessional, doesn’t greet customers when entering the establishment the lady I encountered today had the nastiest attitude seem as though she didn’t want to be there nor did she want to help. .

The absolute slowest donation center I’ve ever been to. Plan on wasting your whole morning/afternoon just waiting in queue. Needs to be more organized.

I visited today 6/7/23 at 5:18pm, was put on a machine that was determined to be broken after attempting to donate for almost 2hrs, I didn’t leave the building till 7pm after having to endure 3 “resticks” in one arm and one vein and left with my arm still in pain as I write this. Before leaving I was told I’d be compensated fully due to the machine being defected and now I’m home at 9:53pm and after attempting to use my card, there was never any payment given, I knew something wasn’t right by how shifty the lady was acting as she told me and thought I overheard them joking about me but I dismissed it because there would no reason to not pay me. I’ve been to this location a couple times where they have taken me down early because I was there too “late” after closing and received attitude because of it but always received my payment, this is unacceptable, especially because I asked several times would I receive full payment due to it being a machinery issue and was told yes and here we are with not only full payment but nothing at all, after donating not only my plasma but 2hrs of my time….I will be contacting corporate and adding to this review with further info, but this place is and always has been very unprofessional!!! And based on my arm, unsafe!

These girls are lazy. I’m trying to book and she’s saying they’re booked up but I can tell she was being dishonest. & by the reviews I’m leaning more towards that. Terrible ran business.
