Kathy was an inspiration and a light to others, sharing her testimony of Jesus Christ daily in both word and deed. Kathy lived a life of service and has always been known especially for her gardening, and beautiful quilts made to wrap others in her love. Kathy was born on November 16, 1953, in Lehi, Utah to Lars Jenkins and Zina Thacker, into a family of three girls and three boys.
